They are "Salafi" callers who unite with the callers from Ahlul Bidah (Sufi, Deobandi, Barelvi) SPECIFICALLY in refuting the Qadiani sect and giving them Dawah. I accepted Islam through the work of these callers as I was a Qadiani previously. Can I listen to these callers and are they correct?

From what u have said this is a violation of the way of assalaf assalih because we call to goodness and wisdom every mistake but we don't unite uppn mistakes which is logical in all fields of life, we unite upon correctness and rectification and prosperity not mistakes as it is harmful for us.
