If one due to their ignorance did not pray, nor did they fast all days of Ramadan years ago due to masturbation and was not aware that it broke the fast, must they still make up those fasts that were not completed?

If you didn't pray at that time, some of the people of ilm (like Imam Ibn Baz and Ibn Uthaymin) said that you don't make up the fasts or the prayers. This is because the overweighing opinion for them is that abandoning prayer in that manner is leaving Islam; therefore, you don't make these up. However, there is the other saying of the people of ilm: that you have to make up the past fasts. As for prayers, some scholars said that you don't make them up, and some said that you do.
