Keep trying. Turn to Allah in dua, and in every salah, ask from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to protect you from this. Start fasting. Stay away from the things that bring you to this: 1. Certain applications 2. Some free time that you have Try to avoid that which leads you to this to the best of your ability, and do your best to get married as soon as possible.
