Is it halal for a woman to travel alone from a kufr country to the land of the Muslims to pursue Islamic knowledge?

Traveling is only with a mahram. A woman travels with a mahram as per the hadith. As for seeking knowledge, she can seek knowledge online, or she can convince one of her mahrams to travel and take her if she is applying for a university or something like that so that she can study there, inshaAllah.
