Ustadh is it permissible for a man to hit his wife with a hanger or put cigarette brunt's on her wrist along with refusing to pay for their biological sons medical bills. Jazakillahu Khayr.

No, this is forbidden in Islam. He either holds on to his wife with good treatment or he lets her go with goodness as well.
