I'm confused on the permissibility of touching an arabic quran with translations of the sides without wudu. The arabic text takes 2/3 of the pages and the remaining space is filled with translation Do I need wudu to touch it?

Some of the scholars said if most of it is the mushaf then u only touch it upon wudhu. And some said if there is text other than the mushaf u can touch it without wudhu.
