أحسن الله إليكم Is it permissible to use and buy shampoos, creams, cosmetics (makeup) from the local stores in a Muslim country? Almost all of them contain alcohol but the percentage is not written. جزاك الله خيرا

If the question is in regards to the purity of alcohol, then the correct saying, insha'Allah wa Ta'ala, is that it is pure.
