When venting to spouse about someone who has wronged me, must I keep the persons identity anonymous for it to be allowed. Ya'ani complaining to ur spouse even if they can't help but just to feel better / have someone to speak to about it

Don't mention the person, of course. It is better that, instead of complaining, you make istighfar and make dua, complaining to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and asking from Him.
