I am not aware of a specific book just for that. However, the general books of good manners (like Al-Adab al-Mufrad by al-Bukhari and Ahadith al-Akhlaq by Shaykh Abdul Razzaq al-Badr, and al-Adab al-Shar'iyyah by Ibn Muflih and so on) are extremely beneficial in these matters as well as others.
