Ustadh ,Usually i (FEMALE) pray zuhr at 3pm and asr adhaan is at 4pm because i dont like praying at school or sometimes out of no valid reason at all , Am i commiting A major sin ? IS THIS WHAT IS MEANT BY DELAY OF SALAH

Times for the salah are different from one country to another. However, you should hasten for the salah and not delay it so that you don't miss it.
