I have never made such a claim. What I said is that he buys the commodity first and then keeps it with any service that he wants, whether the one you designated or another one. There is no commitment, only a promise from the buyer, and then he gives him the choice. After he buys it, he says, "Shall we do the transaction or the contract?" If he does it in this way and the buyer has the choice to say, "No, I don't want it anymore," all of this is allowed. But if he does it in another way, this is forbidden. This is what I said. If the setter is going to set for that which is halal, then yes, it is allowed. But if he is going to get involved in the forbidden aspects of it, then it becomes forbidden for him.
