I do not understand what the question is, but if you mean for the pain, it could be (and Allah knows best) a bit of waswas because of some of the feelings that you have. Disregard this and make ruqya. Disregard, I mean, the ideas that "when they see me" and so on, and do the adhkar and ruqya and so on. However, if you truly think that there is some physical pain, then you go to doctors and to hospitals. You do not ask here. May Allah SWT reward you, protect you, and give us and you success.
