I’m at the final stage of being able to work at a pretty good company but the problem is here in America a lot of hospitals or medical buildings have a logo called “Medical cross” which looks like this sign +. This company has it too as their logo. Would it be permissible for me to work here?

Yes, it is permissible to work there, and you have nothing to do with the cross.
