Ahsanallahu Elaikum dear ustadh, May I ask if it is good we marry someone outside our home country if we cannot find salafis? Maybe the sister we wanna marry can provide good family support, strong nationality for our kids, (place for ilm too)but one of parents dont agree with this (non-prac.)

It is allowed, but which parent? If it is her father, then this is a different case. But if it is your father, for example, or your mother, then you can still go ahead with the marriage. However, do not be reckless or insensitive towards your parents. You should: 1. Make dua for them 2. Talk to them and try to convince them 3. Be patient and use kind words 4. Have someone else advise them Once they accept, you can go ahead and get married with their blessing. This is what should always take priority. Islamically, for a man, it is not a condition that the marriage cannot take place if a parent refuses. Permission is not a formal condition in that case.
