اسلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركتة AhsanaAllahu Ilaykoum Is wine vinegar and the likes permissible?

In some research, I found that some of these names don't actually contain wine (as in alcohol); it's just a name. If this is the case, then it is allowed. However, if it is wine that turned into vinegar on its own, the scholars say this is allowed to use. But if there was a process by which people intentionally turned alcohol into vinegar, then there are different views: 1. Those that see it is forbidden like the hanbalis 2. Those that see it is allowed. And Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala knows best.
