Respected Shaykh, أحسن الله إليكم. I ws advsed by a sis to do this, so wnted to kndly ask if it is mubah/bidah for a sis in her period to make wudu seeking the rewrd of forgiveness of sins، & to do so too whn attending evn online lectures out of respect for ilm, & before sleeping. جزاك الله خيرا

I know of no evidence for everything you have said except for making wudu before sleeping. However, this is for major impurity (janabah). Some of the people of ilm (knowledge) gave the period the same ruling as janabah through analogy, while others said there is no analogy here. Therefore, and Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala knows best, these things should not be acted upon or even considered unless we have evidence for them. If we do, then fine, but I know of no evidence for this.
