I prayed in the Jama‘a and the Imam and the followers weren’t facing the qiblah in the same direction. The congregation was facing straight and the Imam was facing the Qiblah a bit to the right side. Is my Prayer valid ? I asked the Imam and he said it’s not a problem since it’s only a little bit.

I know from your previous questions that you suffer from Waswas. Therefore, don't pay attention to any of these thoughts, and you should totally ignore them in every form. Even for the sake of argument, if we say what you have just mentioned is accurate, it is still valid because you do not have to face the exact pinpoint. You just face the direction of the Qibla.
