أحسن الله إليكم نسأل الله لنا ولكم العافية Is it allowed to say bless you to non-Muslims? In German it's slightly different, the meaning is to wish well being to the one who sneezed. بارك الله فيكم

The Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to make dua for the Jews when they sneezed and praised Allah, asking that Allah guides them. However, in regards to making dua for worldly matters, there are different views. If there is a benefit (a maslaha) from it, then insha'Allah it is allowed. I know what you mean, because in German you say "Gesundheit," meaning "good health to you." So if there is a benefit or a maslaha, you can insha'Allah wa'azza wa jal. Otherwise, Allah knows best.
