I do not recommend that a one-on-one happens if there is chit-chatting, as a woman should be taking care of the female clients. However, if it is something as normal as ordering from a pharmacy, for example, and there is a lady on the other line, then that is fine and not a problem. But if there is talking, chit-chatting, and getting into deeper conversations because you need to sell them a certain thing, then stay away from this and leave it for a female setter if there is any.
