بارك الله فيك Shaykh, the fatwa of imam ibn Uthaymeen was, people living in the west can combine prayers in certain situations. Many of my family are busdrivers, sometimes we drive for 4 hours with no breaks for salah, and in winter, there is only 2 hours for each salah. Is the fatwa valid here?

You decide this because you know best what your situation is. Some people ask the same question despite being able to stop and pray. They say, "It's embarrassing in front of people," or, "There is no place," so they just wait. They are not excused for reasons like that. It is about ability: 1. If they are truly not able, then they are excused and can combine the prayers. 2. If they are able to stop and pray, then they are not excused.
