Assalamu Alaykum Ustadh, How do we refute those who use the ayah in Surah Qaf to claim Allah is everywhere which says: We are nearer to him than his jugular vein.

Ustadh AbdulAziz al-Haqqan
I do not think that this needs explanation. Because if we were to make the statement, "The king built a new city," nobody understands that the king alone went to a place where there was no city and started building the buildings, the bathrooms, the schools, and the hospitals himself as a construction worker. Nobody on the face of the earth would understand it that way. In the same way, if a teacher tells his student, for example, "Don't worry, make the presentation and I am with you," nobody understands that the teacher is going to make the presentation with the student as if he were a student himself. What they understand is that he will: 1. Aid him 2. Help him 3. Encourage him So why does it become problematic when it comes to the Quran?
