السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله اليك I How long does the Duha time last? I heard it is sunnah to not pray it consistently, is that true? Does that mean the hadith about staying fajr to Duha is also affected? May الله reward u and ur family بارك الله فيك و جزاكم اللّٰه خيرا

It is a saying, correct. However, the correct saying, insha'Allah, is that you pray it daily because of the hadith of Abu Hurairah, where the Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) mentioned three things for Abu Hurairah not to leave, and one of them is the Duha prayer.
