After urinating in my sleep, I poured large amounts of water on my bed to purify it. (1) Are these wet spots now pure? (2) Is the water that dripped from my bed impure, given it is clear but smelled like cockroaches? (3) If either is impure, how do I handle having touched and potentially spread it?

This sounds like waswas. U should take the sheet etc and wash them then dry them and return them.
