Asalamualikum sheikh, is it permissible I give zakat al fitr to someone in form of multiple food items that will = 3 kilos roughly in total? So like 1kg chocolate and 2kg dates? Because the he's only person I can find and he's picky and he's blind.

It must be from the qout of the land (the most common food) like rice, wheat, dates etc. And if there are none, pay an online trustworthy charity.
