I have a medical condition where I sometimes masutrbate unknowingly whilst asleep. I slept before Suhoor and after suhoor. I am unsure whether I did this before or after suhoor but I know I did it by checking underwear. What should I do? Should I repeat fajr salah/fast in case they were invalid?

I have never heard of such a thing may Allah heal u. If this is something that is despite your will and you have no control over it, then there is nothing on you. As for fajr salah u repeat it if u have prayed upon impurity.
