Assalamu alaikum Ustadh. If one intends to break wudu after sometime does that break it? Like during Salah they think let me at least complete this Salah I don't want to break wudu now

No it does not break the wudhu. It only breaks it if you actually break your wudhu by passing wind or going to the bathroom etc. But please don't fall into waswas especially during your salah.
