السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته, أحسن الله إليكم I always hear people say to do dua and salawat in the last/2nd sitting. But what if you are praying voluntary prayer that has 2 rakas, or fajr. Is it mandatory to send salawat and what about dua. Because it would be the first sitting but also last.

Yes u should say al salat al ibrahimiyyah as for dua it is favored yes
