AhsanAllahu ilaykum. Im a revert sister dependent on my nonMuslim family. If no one pays my zakat and I don’t know the amount, am I sinful? May I ask them for rice to give zakat fitr? I missed past years what should I do? Is pausing after 4 raka of tarawih sunnah can I make dhikr or dua that time?

If you do not have money to buy it, then it is not mandatory upon you. Why don't you make du'a inside the salah itself and u can extend the dua as much as u want.
