AhsanALlahu ilaykum I am praying tarawih with imam and doing other ibadah- but I also have dunya work which is obligatory for me to do (as i need to get married etc)- do I also get reward of laylatul qadr 83+ years for the dunya work thats done at night, as its considered worship?

What is considered is the worship may Allah reward you and increase in it. As for working do whay is necessary, but what u r specifically asking about is worship may Allah reward you. This is what appears to me and Allah knows best.
