السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أحسن الله إليكم ، If a father commanded his son to give him his phone, he disobeyed, the father tried to take it by force and the son tried to keep it with firmness, it was a physical struggle, if the son wants to repent to Allah, what does he do, does he apologise?

Yes apologize and don't deal with your father like this. Instantly tell in sha'a Allah as u wish, and obey him as long as it is not disobedience, and keep in mind that what Allah gives u is incomparable to anything.
