Ahsan Allahu Ilaykum Ustadh, I want to learn about general Islamic/Arabic History and I found the Book "Muqaddimah" from Ibn Khaldrun. From an Islamic perspective is it safe to read books from Ibn Khaldrun ? I don´t know anything about him and I´m wondering if his Aqeedah and belief is good.

I encourage that u learn islamic knowledge before indulging in history. History can have many false narrations and things that might confuse u thus u deviate without proper Islamic Knowledge.
