Ahsan,Allahu ilaykum. I have shifted my focus to finish juz amma w/my 4yr old, away from level 1 for ramadan. And the qawaid alhisan lessons, even tho i didnt finish usool fi altafsir. Is this correct or should I still do a level 1 lesson every day? I don't have much spare time. Jazak Allahu khayr.

You can finish level 1 first then u start with level 2 the book of tawheed then alqawaed alhisan.
