Assalamualaikum ustadh, When the Fajr adhan is being called, if there were dates in my mouth and I swallowed them, does this invalidate my fast?

Some of the ulama said what is better is: the moment u hear the athan to spit what is in your mouth if u don't suffer from waswas in order to avoid the disagreement regarding this issue.
