Ustadh, I´ve been looking for jobs and here in Germany some offer something called Weihnachtsgeld (13th salary). They say it´s to thank for the loyalty and hard work AND for the increased costs for christmas. Is it correct that this is Haram due to their intention to benefit for christian festival?
