If someone follows the opinion that video and picture taking is haram, is it still allowed for him to record an application video to send it to a company to get a Job if the company asks for it ? Is this a necessity which allows someone to make this video ?

If he sees it to be haram then it is haram, but is it a necessity, u decide can refuse? Can u find another job? There are many questions that change the answer.
