I saw someone say “the first calamity in this ummah was because of Prophet ﷺ not appointing a ruler or teaching us how to”. I thought the person who said that is a kafir because he slandered and insulted the Prophet ﷺ . But now I feel very uneasy because of my waswasa. Should I ignore this?

Ignore it and stay away from individuals that say such things may Allah protect us and guide us and them.
