Brother asks: due to using toilet after wakeup but mainly bcus waking up near end time of fajr, he finished fajr at sunrise(but strted before). Is it kufr n he has to ghusl? & several times in past he had to start fajr at sunrise(same reason). Becus at night hes working n he forgets hes in danger

Let him just becareful and pay attention to the salah as if he prayed it before the end of the time then it is correct alhamdulilah but he should not delay prayer so much.
