Ihsan Allahu Ilayk, a brother said that he doubted if he performed an action in wudu, but he was 99% sure he did it. So I told him to build upon that because ghalibat adh-dhan takes the same ruling as certainty. Is this correct? Jazak Allahu Khayran!
