‏أحسن الله إليكم If I understood correctly in al-Waraqat L1 if a husband has divorced his wife 3 times so now they can no longer get married anymore and if the wife goes to marry another man in order to then divorce him to go to the previous husband then this is prohibited by ijma’?

It is prohibited yes, she has to get married and the marriage is consumated and then afterwards if divorce happens and she wants to remarry her 1st husband with a new contract and dowry etc.
