As an appointment setter, I have two questions: Is it permissible to find leads for a printing company that creates gym posters showing women exposing shoulders or hips? Is it permissible to work with a gym whose offers target women and may encourage exposing ‘awrah? Jazak Allah khayr.

Not allowed as for the 2nd part if you are certain of this and directly connected i don't see that this is permisssible and Allah knows best.
