As-salamu alaykum Ustadh I have been through psychosis. I want to seek knowledge, how would you go about seeking knowledge through recovery and also ibadah as well. I have been in recovery for 11 months now alhamdulillah.

I think you should ask your doctor in regards to this, or we can have a consultation with the doctor present to monitor what u can or can't do.
