‏اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ‎ I recently got to know that there is some Organization that takes plasma from blood and in return gives money. I wanted to know is this Halal or not. If not please explain. جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا

Selling plasma or blood is not allowed, as if it was for a dire need then u can buy it, or if it was a gift from them some allowed and there is the view that says don't and even if u took it give it to charity.
