I need my passport for Hajj, if I buy a plane ticket and present it when asking for the passport they’ll give priority to my passport due to travel, can I buy a random plane ticket and present it so that I may get my passport in time for Hajj otherwise it might take too long. Is this trick allowed?

Ustadh AbdulAziz al-Haqqan

If there is deception in it no akhi.
