أحسن الله إليكم Alhamdulillah, allah blessed us with a child. My wife is in her first trimester. She is very sick, allways throughts up and 24/7 in bed. Is it permissible that she takes her prayers together and prays it laying? Whats your advice ustadhuna

If she is unable and it causes unusual hardship then yes in sha'a Allah until she gets better. Also i advise u to seek some help for her to make her recover and get stronger in sha'a Allah
