السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ahsanallahu ilaykum, Ustadh If someone has incontinence and the time of Salah comes is it obligatory for him to as well as doing wudhu change his underwear or his tissues/diaper if he is wearing one? Jazakallahu khayran.

Yes let him change his diaper and clean his private area etc that's best
