How to distinguish madhi and maniy in female?

Imam al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said in his commentary on Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim: As for a woman’s semen, it is yellow and thin, though it may turn white due to the strength of her constitution. It has two distinguishing characteristics, by either of which it may be identified. The first is that its smell resembles that of a man’s semen. The second is the pleasure felt upon its emission and the subsequent slackening of her strength after it exits.
