My non muslim neighbours tend to be very loud, sometimes untill 4-5 am. They often shout at each other, the woman kicks the man out of the house and once the police came. Is it okay to call our landlord and to tell it to him because maybe he will kick them out of the house because of me.

Yes it is allowed if you can't sleep and u have work and school for the children in the morning and they can't sleep. So maybe u can ask them or tell the landowner that is your choice u decide what is wise in sha'a Allah.
