I run an influencer marketing agency and arrange paid ad integrations inside influencers' videos. I ensure the ad itself is halal. If the influencer uses bad language, inappropriate behavior, or refers to halal products for haram uses, is there any sin on me, or is this outside of my responsibility?

In the same video itself then yes u should not accept that. If it is in other videos u did not work on, then this is not your business and your work is allowed.
