أحسن الله إليكم In Qawāʿid al-Fiqhiyyah Lesson 6, regarding the ḥadīth “the killer does not inherit,” does this ruling apply only when the heir kills the person he would inherit from, or does it also apply if he killed someone else other than the one he is inheriting from? جزاك الله خيرا
