أحسن الله إليكم. Sheikh if I already missed ishaa in the beginning of its time with the jama3ah because of work or something, is it better to then delay it to the half of the night, as is in the Hadith because I missed the jama3ah anyway, or do I pray it as soon as I can? بارك الله فيك و غفر لك.

You can delay it and pray with your family in jama'ah but make sure not to miss its time as some people delay it then miss it. If so, then pray asap. Also midnight is not 12 am, it is the hours from maghrib till fajir divided by 2.
